We collect operational details including your Full Name, Corporate/Personal Email Address, Phone Number, and Primary Hub City when you enroll as a customer, seller, or delivery provider.
2. Communication Channels
Because checkout is routed directly to WhatsApp, your phone number and order summary are securely formatted and passed to WhatsApp's API to initialize the fulfillment thread. We do not store or transmit financial billing details on our servers.
3. Telemetry and Tracking
During active delivery operations, our system records temperature and humidity telemetry from insulated delivery containers to guarantee the safety and quality of the products delivered to your destination.
4. Data Security
Your password is cryptographically hashed using industry-standard bcrypt before storage. We utilize Row Level Security (RLS) and OAuth2 session tokens to safeguard operational dashboards from unauthorized access.
5. Third-Party Database Storage & Rider Disclosures
We store your account and transaction data on third-party servers hosted by our database provider (Supabase). Checkout data (such as address and contact numbers) is shared with dispatch riders to facilitate physical delivery. We do not permit these third parties to utilize this information for any other purpose. However, we may process and analyze this data internally to measure our annual KPI performance metrics.
